Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: June 2026
Aeon Intelligence LLC (“Aeon Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and applicable US state privacy laws.
What the Law Requires
Under CCPA, CPRA, and the comprehensive privacy laws of over 20 US states, businesses must provide a clear and conspicuous link on their website titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” where consumers can exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This requirement applies even when a business does not sell personal information.
Our Data Practices
Aeon Intelligence does not sell or share personal information. Specifically:
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
- We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.
- We do not load third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking technologies on our public website.
- The only cookies used on our public site are strictly necessary authentication cookies for our dashboard (Supabase session cookies) and an environment preference cookie for administrative users. No non-essential cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are set on the public website.
Because we do not engage in activities that would constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law, there is nothing to opt out of. This page serves as our public declaration of that fact, as required by statute.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as required by the privacy laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas. When your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Because our site does not load non-essential tracking technologies and we do not sell or share personal information, the GPC signal is honored by default. No additional action is required on your part after enabling GPC in your browser. Our GPC support is declared in a machine-readable format at /.well-known/gpc.json.
