Growth Suite subscriptions and standard projects are month-to-month — cancel with 10 days notice. For larger enterprise engagements, we work with you on terms that protect both sides. Your data is always exportable.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit. We follow SOC 2 practices for our Secretary tier, with enhanced protections for HIPAA and Privilege tiers. Your data stays in your account — we never share it with other clients or third parties.

Our HIPAA tier is designed for healthcare businesses. It includes everything in the Secretary tier plus a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), hashed Protected Health Information (PHI), and HIPAA-compliant data handling throughout the system.

The Privilege tier is designed for legal professionals. It includes everything in the HIPAA tier plus zero-knowledge architecture and protections designed for attorney-client privilege. Your sensitive communications receive the highest level of data isolation.
