Growth Suite subscriptions and standard projects are month-to-month. Cancel with 10 days notice. For larger enterprise engagements, we work with you on terms that protect both sides. Your data is always exportable.

The Growth Suite starts at $300/month base plus token usage. We offer Secretary, HIPAA, and Privilege tiers to match your industry needs.

Privacy & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow rigorous security practices for our Secretary tier, with enhanced protections for HIPAA and Privilege tiers. Your data stays in your account. We never share it with other clients or third parties.

The Privilege tier is designed for legal professionals. It includes everything in the HIPAA tier plus zero-knowledge architecture and protections designed for attorney-client privilege. Your sensitive communications receive the highest level of data isolation.

Listed pricing assumes Aeon Intelligence retains the right to offer the resulting solution to other businesses, which keeps your cost down because you are co-funding a product. If you want the build exclusive to your business, we quote that separately.

Land Acquisition
Wilson runs the deal pipeline end to end. He searches parcels, tracks every email, text, and call against the right deal, assembles negotiated terms into worksheets, generates term documents and contracts from your templates, and reminds your team of every contract obligation.
Yes. Edited terms are flagged for your approval before anything moves forward, contract obligations are proposed as suggestions you review, and reminder recipients must opt in by text before they receive anything.
Yes. Wilson generates documents straight from your project templates, and he can convert one-off documents into reusable templates organized by state and client.

We use Anthropic's Claude models exclusively, selected for each specific task. We upgrade to newer versions as they become available without disrupting your service.
Wilson answers every call with a personalized AI greeting, offering callers the option to receive a text message or leave a voicemail. Voicemails are transcribed and processed automatically. For text-based conversations, Wilson communicates via SMS and email. In every interaction, whether by phone, text, or email, Wilson introduces itself as an AI assistant. Customers always know they are talking to AI.
Every AI action goes through an approval workflow for sensitive operations. Non-sensitive actions are logged in LiveLedger™ so you can review them. If something goes wrong, you can correct it and the system learns from the feedback.
Yes. You control the approval threshold, from fully automated to human-in-the-loop for every action. LiveLedger™ provides complete transparency. Every AI decision is logged so you always know what happened and why.
