1. Program Overview

Program Name: Aeon Intelligence SMS Notifications

Program Description: When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Aeon Intelligence LLC, you consent to receive automated text messages including but not limited to: follow-ups regarding your inquiry, appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, booking notifications, service updates, customer support communications, and promotional communications related to our AI automation and custom software services.

2.1 How Consent Is Collected

End users consent to receive SMS messages through a website inquiry form at aeonintelligence.net/forms/aeonintelligence. The form includes a separate, optional SMS consent step that is distinct from Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy acceptance.

2.2 Consent Disclosure

The SMS consent step displays the following disclosure:

“By selecting ‘I accept,’ I agree to receive automated text messages from Aeon Intelligence, including follow-ups regarding my inquiry, service updates, and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”

2.3 Voluntary Consent

The user selects “I accept” or “I don't accept.” Selecting “I don't accept” allows the form to be submitted without SMS enrollment. SMS consent is entirely optional and is not required to complete a form submission, make a purchase, or access any services.

2.4 Consent Recording

Consent is recorded with a timestamp at the time the user selects “I accept.”

3. Message Details

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive responses when you text us, plus service notifications such as appointment reminders and updates.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Keywords & Opt-Out

You can manage your SMS preferences using the following keywords:

  • STOP— Text “STOP” to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • START or UNSTOP— Text “START” or “UNSTOP” to re-subscribe to SMS messages after opting out. You will receive a confirmation and resume receiving notifications.
  • HELP— Text “HELP” to receive support contact information.

5. SMS Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS data is shared only with:

  • Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) solely for the purpose of delivering messages
  • No other third parties
